Disability benefits will see a rise: Average: $1,537 to $1,577, Blind recipients: $2,590 to $2,658 and Maximum payment: $3,822 to $3,923

SSI

SSI benefits will be paid earlier due to the New Year holiday, with average checks rising from $698 to $716.
